Introduction
Stammering is a speech disorder, which is mostly found in children, it becomes in adults also, but less in comparison children, it is called stuttering too .it is start, or we can say recognize From the age of one and a half to two years, the child tries to see the things around him. When he begins to speak, his speech is somewhat awkward and parrot-like with a child-friendly sweetness, but with age and practice, the tongue becomes clearer. When even after the age of 5-6 years, without clear pronunciation, the defect of stammer persists, then it is considered in the category of disease. It is noteworthy that more than 100 muscles of our body work in speaking. Clear pronunciation comes out only when all these are in harmony. With the slightest mental pressure, the pronunciation of sound deteriorates. This is why children who stammer often stammer more in fearful situations.

Some parents have a habit that they do not pronounce some words correctly, due to which their children also start imitating the same and then keep on pronouncing the words wrong throughout their life.
