High blood pressure is a chronic lifestyle illness that we measure in two numbers, top one is systolic pressure and the bottom one is diastolic pressure.

The maximum pressure that is produced with each beat due to contraction (systole) in the lower part of the heart, is called systolic pressure.

and the minimum pressure at the time of expansion of the heart muscle is called diastolic pressure.

In general, the balanced pressure of these two is known as blood pressure.

The blood pressure of a healthy man is 120/80 mm. Blood pressure can be low or high according to age and nature.

Causes:

Obesity, excessive mental work, And in proportion to it, due to lack of physical exertion, overeating, menopause,

and having over nonveg, Arthritis, the habit of eating more salt, Heart disease, etc.

become a reason of high blood pressure.

In this disease, severe headache on both sides of the head, heaviness in the head, dizziness, feeling tired,

reluctance from mental and physical exertion, sleeplessness, blood in the eyes, pronounced twitching of the nerves of the head, nervousness, Nausea, shortness of gas

and lack of concentration due to mental stress, chest pain, tingling in extremities, paralysis, unconsciousness

flushing of the face, bleeding from nose and vagina, shortness of breath As if there is asthma, etc. symptoms are seen.

This disease continues for life. Failure to do so can result in sudden death due to heart attack, paralysis, cerebral palsy, and kidney failure.


Most important diet for BP patient
-Food should be digestible, simple, and in proper quantity.

-Chew and eat roti made by mixing equal quantities of wheat and gram flour.

-Eat fruits like apple, papaya, amla, cucumber, bael, dates, dry grapes, orange, banana, etc.

-Arvis, potato, tienda, mint, gourd, fresh green vegetables, amaranth, pumpkin, cabbage, raw milk, curd, paneer, chickpea, rajma, maize, jowar, sprouted grains, and honey should be consumed as desired,

In case of the disease in youth

-soak the soybean at night, remove its skin in the morning and dry it Mix one kg of this soybean in 9 kg of wheat and grind it.

-Eat Roti’s made with its bran in the morning and evening.

-An element called adenosine found in garlic helps to dilate the blood vessels by loosening the muscles

so peel 3-4 buds of it daily and chew it and swallow it with lukewarm water.

This will reduce the amount of cholesterol in the blood.


NOTE-1- TAKE LEMON JUICE MIXED WITH COCONUT WATER 2:1 RATIO, TWO TIMES IN A DAY.
2-TAKE ONE GLASS OF LUKEWARM WATER AND MIX 1/2 TEASPOON APPLE SIDE VINEGAR AND 1 TEASPOON HUNNY AND DRINK IT EMPTY STOMACH IN THE MORNING.

Avoidable diets
-More hot chilies

-Do not eat spicy food made of spices, fried things, food in large quantities, a dry-dry diet, or cold and stale food.

-Do not take meat, fish, eggs, tea, coffee, alcohol, whiskey

and other intoxicants like tobacco, while reducing the consumption of gutka. Avoid sour milk, butter, and salt.


What to do in the prevention of disease,

Do exercise regularly without leaving physical exertion at all. In order not to increase obesity,

for this, go for a walk of 4-5 kilometers in the morning at a normal speed.

Do Shavasana regularly in yoga practice, so that there is peace and freshness.

Take rest and entertainment from time to time, and try to be stress-free, happy, and calm.

Don’t get constipated. Keep your stomach clean. Massage the body regularly.

After taking a bath with lukewarm water, rub the body with a splinter for 45 minutes.

Wear a rosary of Rudraksha. Panchmukhi Rudraksha is especially beneficial in high blood pressure.


What not to do
Do not do night awakening.

Avoid actions that cause anxiety, anger, jealousy, grief, fear, and mental stress. Don’t smoke.

Do not eat food that increases fat and cholesterol.
