Introduction


This disease occurs more in women. In migraine, there is restless pain in the right or left half of the head

that is why it is called Migraine.

The pain increases with the arise up of the sun. Because of this, it is also called sun hour.

The pain goes on decreasing with intensity in the afternoon and as the sun sets.


Symptoms


In this disease, there is pain in the head since morning, dizziness, darkening before the eyes

stinging pain in the temple, and gradually increasing, distaste for food, noise, light.

Symptoms include increasing pain in movement, nausea, vomiting, or getting relief from pain after sleep.


Reason of migraine


The main reasons for the occurrence of the pain of a solar migraine are stretching, constriction, and excessive swelling of the blood vessels of the brain.

Brain tumor, Encephalitis, Decreased secretion of the adrenal hormone,

Abnormality in the level of a chemical called serotonin in the blood, Hormone changes in women before and after menstruation, Extreme emotional, Sensitive tendencies, Physical and mental Stress, Exhaustion, Long exposure to strong sunlight or bright light, Not having food on time,

Overeating of tea, coffee, alcohol, Hot pepper, spicy things, Being suffering from an inferiority complex, Excessive anger, Worrying, Sleeping less, Weather change, more sex,

More fanfare, There are problems of drinking, indigestion, and hereditary reasons, etc.

What should we eat in migraine?


-Eat a light, digestible, nutritious diet. Mix curd, rice, and sugar candy and consume it in the morning and evening meals.
Before sunrise, eat jalebi or curry of pure ghee with hot milk.

-Eat gulab jamun and sweets for breakfast.

-Drink shikanji made by mixing lemon juice, sugar, and honey after meals.

-Drink grapefruit juice in the amount of one cup in the morning and evening before meals.


What not to eat

-Do not eat spicy things. salty, sour things fried in oil or ghee.

-Do not consume too much alcohol, strong tea, or coffee,

what to do to help prevent disease

-Get up early enough from sunrise to do regular light exercise and body massage.

-In case of an attack, take a rest in a quiet, dark room with a cloth on your head.

-Drink a cup of tea or coffee as desired, Massage the head.

-By dissolving asafetida thick in water or using pure ghee repeatedly,

-Remove your inferiority complex, mental stress, and anxiety.

-Mix ghee and camphor and drip 2-3 drops into the nostrils of the nose.

What not to do


-Do not do more physical and mental exertion and exercise.

-Do not let the complaint of indigestion constipation.
